Monday Madness

My legs were pretty spent from running both Saturday and Sunday so that might have contributed to my absolute exhaustion after this workout.  I still loved the challenge.

 

Warm up:

15 mins of cardio of choice (James ran, I did moving stairs)

 

4 mins: repeat 20 tricep push ups, 20 v-ups

 

4 mins: repeat 50 jump rope, 20 jump squats

 

4 mins: 20 planks with one arm row (I used 15lbs), 10 pull ups

 

4 mins: 20 thrusters with dumb bells (8 lbs), 20 pulsing biceps

 

5 min sprint on treadmill

 

5 min tabata: 20 seconds burpees, 10 rest, 20 seconds jumping lunges, 10 rest

 

15 dead lifts, 16 walking lunges (both with heavier weights). Repeat 4 times

 

Stretch or collapse, your choice. =)
